Together we decide how your company will go through these phases of the project. These decisions will be based on your strategy and our market knowledge, together with our knowledge and research.

 

Ready to launch

In most industries, we find there is tough competition. You are probably very successfull in your own market, so deciding on how local you will be in your new market will greatly influence how strong your offering - and hence your success - will be in the new market.

In this phase, our focus will be the webshop. We will be getting everything translated and localized, applying for trustmarks and payment methods and optimizing website and customer service flows to the Danish customers. 

 

Getting up to speed

When the shop has been launched, our next milestone will be to match the conversion rate you have in your home market. In this phase, we will work closely with you to optimize flows on the website, setting priorities among the products and building your reputation through customer service, PR, and dialogue with your initial customers.

 

Marketing engine

At this point, we should be ready to speed up. We know our Income Per Order (IPO) and the maximum CPO (marketing cost per order) we can pay, or, put in other words: We know that 10.000 DKK spent on Google Adwords gives us 20.000 in income - 100.000 spent gives us 200.000, and so forth. . .

It is about being profitable, and it is about growth. If we have a strong conversion rate, know our KPI's, and have a strong marketing engine, you’re on the way to build a strong and profitable position in Denmark.
