Do it right the first time
27/04/2010 12:15When companies start selling in Denmark, they often quickly discover that their newly launched site has a problem: Poorly translated website text, high freight charges or a lack of crucial payment methods. They can end up with next to no revenue and, of course, they finds the Danes very difficult to sell to.
We also see companies go “all in”, establishing an office with local employees and, at the same time, setting very high expectations for their launch; expectations that can be hard to meet and that, again, create a risk of failure.
The challenge is that the initial revenue often doesn't justify setting up a local organisation, but you can't set up a sucessfull webshop entirely from abroad. How can you know about local culture, tone of voice, habits and more importantly legal differences?
We can be your Danish partner and together we can approach the Danes, some of the busiest webshoppers in the world.
